Summer Time Rambles…

Well she’s done!
This little camper has been in production in the studio since January and I am so happy to unveil this magical piece. I stumbled upon a camper while on a trip to Hamilton, Canada and it was just asking to be made.
I have plans to complete a few mail boxes for this series and I’m working towards a little campground/compound series. With these campers I have been taking them out and snapping a picture of them in the wild so I am trying to figure out where this beauty will be going for a photoshoot.
In other Summery news as you can imagine, the studio is a little hotter these days and that not just because the kiln is firing!
a few weeks back I won a little pottery giveaway from Arrowmont School of Art & Craft and I just love this little cup!
I have been squeezing in time in the studio with a make your own planter class last month as well as a button class. and have some fall classes in the calendar and will be adding more in September.
Ollie and I had a great time getting a little recharge in Maine a few weeks ago which was so nice before heading into my busy season for catering.
I have also been really enjoying some seasonal harvest and foraging cooking, and getting a few photos of these meals plated on my dishes, I really love to bring dishes camping for some camp cooking meals but I did decide to pack a little lighter for this trip and enjoyed some hammock and kayaking time instead.
